Helen will bust some common myths around healthy eating, explore the mindset shifts that can make eating well more achievable, and share practical strategies for food shopping, cooking, shortcuts and simple food swaps. The focus is on moving away from perfectionism and neurotypical expectations towards a flexible approach where “good” really is good enough.

About Dr Helen Lawal
Dr Helen Lawal is a GP and nutritionist. She specialises in women’s health, nutrition, weight management and neurodiversity and is passionate about helping people with ADHD develop practical, sustainable approaches to their health.
Helen was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and brings both clinical expertise and lived experience of ADHD and autism to her work. She is an ambassador for ADHD UK, runs ADHD-focused nutrition programmes, healthy eating boot camps and online courses.
She is also a regular media doctor and public speaker, having appeared on programmes including Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped.
