Use the question field below to ask a question for the Q&A section
My 10 year child suffers badly from RSD. It is so sad to watch. What tools can parents use to help / what courses can parents do to learn how to get your child to understand that something minor is not major. That someone’s negative behaviour and attitude is not a reflection on you!!!
I don’t breathe when I’m in panic or RSD – breath goes shallow and I almost ‘disappear’. How to get out of that?
Very interesting talk ! Where can I find the link to the practical exercises you showed us at the end of your talk?
