The conference is now registered for CPD. If you are interested in receiving CPD certification please let us know here.

ADHD UK and the conference are now registered for CPD certification (https://www.cpduk.co.uk/providers/adhd-uk) and we will be issuing CPD certificates for the global conference. Following the conference we will contact you to ask you to self-certify what you attended with a plan to send you a CPD certificate. If you have not already donated we will ask for a donation of a size of your choosing to support the conference and cover the costs of certification. The amount can be as little or as much as you want. If you want to be contacted about receiving CPD certification post-conference please let us know here.

Are you employed in the UK and willing to add gift aid to your donation? Gift aid increases your donation by 25%

Gift Aid

By proceeding you agree:

Your donation and how it is used
Your donation will be going to ADHD UK, and you want to Gift Aid it. ADHD UK uses donations given via globaladhd.com to support the Global ADHD Conference. It is anticipated that almost all donations will be used for that. If there is an excess, the surplus is divided between the organising charities. For legal reasons, any Gift Aided donations will be in the ADHD UK portion.

Your declaration as a taxpayer
I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Please notify ADHD UK if you:
• want to cancel this declaration
• change your name or home address
• no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

Higher or additional rate taxpayers
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return, or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
