Melissa Webster is a neurodivergent executive with over 20 years of experience in community services and health care. As the CEO of ADHD Australia, she is dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of ADHD while promoting social inclusion and equality. Melissa exemplifies ethical leadership and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. With a strong commitment to building capable and confident teams, Melissa has consistently improved service outcomes throughout her career. Her expertise in service environments and leadership roles has enabled her to achieve significant business, financial, and stakeholder objectives, ensuring high quality, excellence, and innovation in all initiatives.

Matthew Tice is an experienced CEO and Non-Executive Director and a father of two boys with ADHD, aged 20 and 16. His direct experience with helping his sons navigate ADHD is the source of his passion for supporting individuals with ADHD, their families and carers.
An expert in strategy and innovation, his experience working with organisations in North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Australia has delivered billions of dollars of economic value and significant social impact. Matthew is a leading strategic advisor to businesses helping them to address disruptive change brought on by emerging business models, technology and changing social and customer dynamics.
He is an author of two books, the most recent being Insurgence: How Established Incumbents Can Operate Like Nimble Insurgents in Fast Changing and Volatile Markets (2020).

Melissa Webster alongside Matt Tice, CEO and Chair of ADHD Australia will open the ADHD Australia portion of the conference and discuss ADHD Australia’s commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with ADHD and their families. As a 100% volunteer-driven organisation, ADHD Australia is dedicated to fostering understanding and awareness, reducing stigma, and advocating for positive systemic change across various sectors, including healthcare, education, the workplace, and the justice system. Melissa and Matt will outline their efforts to promote national reform and create a more inclusive environment for all affected by ADHD.
