Alright, guys. Liam Toohey here. And the reason why I chose to fundraise for ADHD UK is because I live with ADHD undiagnosed up until 35. I'm 36 now. It really did take its toll on my life in many, many ways, Especially in my professional life, I could never hold a job down. Always jumped from job to job. I got bored very quickly. My my mind was always racing at 100 miles an hour. But having gotten the medication that I need, it's really shaped me into the person that I am today. So I wanted to give back, you know, and just raise awareness for ADHD UK. And that is it really. And get down the gym because that really helps with your mindset. I'm running the half marathon for ADHD.

UK, and I cannot wait. Fitness is part of my identity. Always has been been in boxing for many years, and ADHD certainly helped me with my work weight as a fighter. So I'm glad I've got it. I feel like now with a medication, I could learn any skill out there in the world. And that is my short little story. I've got loads more. Thanks a lot, guys, and I'll see you on October 8, Victoria Park for the half marathon marathon for ADHD UK. Thanks, guys.
